Sunburnt & Happy is out. Most summer songs describe a perfect day. This one describes the more common version: too much sun, sand in everything, slightly too warm beer, and a good mood that survives all of it.
Warmth over polish
The production leans into that idea. It is not the cleanest track we have made and it was not supposed to be. The guitar sits a bit forward, the low end is rounder than strictly correct, and the whole thing sounds like late afternoon rather than a studio.
Several cleaner versions exist. None of them sounded as much like the thing the title describes.
